Unlimited remote user support:
Contract mtechnical to provide your business with UNLIMITED email and telephone support for your employee's day-to-day issues. This is a fixed, low cost monthly fee based of the number of employees in your company giving you peace of mind - contact us for a quote. If remote access is available we can take control of the computer to ensure a speedy fix and minimal disruption.

Server Support:
A full maintenance contract for your server support requirements. This is a monthly fee based on the size and complexity of your requirements. Most support can be done remotely and this includes out of hours support for this business critical resource.
This includes an optional monitoring service that will alert you or mtechnical that a problem has occured or issue requires attention - contact us for a quote.

Contract mtechnical to visit your premises on a regular basis of your choosing to perform IT Support and maintenance as required. By making this regular commitment you will benefit from experts on hand without employing full-time support - contact us for a quote.
Virtual IT Department:
Combine any or all of the above services into your own hassle-free IT department. You do not need to employ anyone full-time but all your IT needs will be covered. Telephone, email and server support are included plus mtechnical will handle any procurement, service contracts, domain management functions etc. Regular site visits are included as arranged - contact us for a quote.
